Goal: Create cool, chic brand identity for Steps on Broadway's Summer Study NYC program, appealing to 20-year-old dancers and emphasizing NYC location.

Role: Lead designer for complete brand identity.

Responsibilities: Logo design, marketing collateral (print/digital), social media assets, merchandise design, playbills/posters, video reels.

Solution: Blended past program imagery with iconic NYC visuals, paired with modern font and film-like style.
Results: Rebrand success; "Time is Running Out" email had 80.1% open rate (2x+ industry average); all emails 2x+ average, reaching 8,300+ dancers.
