Goal: To enhance the visual identity and overall brand presence of Steps on Broadway, a renowned dance studio in New York City, through comprehensive graphic design and branding services.
My Role: As the graphic designer for Steps on Broadway, I work closely with the marketing director, email manager, and social media manager to create visually appealing and engaging content across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Design a wide range of marketing materials, including:
Social media graphics, Email templates, Website graphics and layouts, Show collateral (posters, flyers, programs), Merchandise designs, Digital advertisements
Branding: Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all visual elements, aligning with the established brand identity.
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the social media manager to develop engaging content strategies and visual campaigns that drive audience growth and engagement.
Results: Since joining the team, Steps on Broadway's social media following has increased from 74,000 to 216,000 followers. Sales have also increased significantly, with the merch shop experiencing a 30% increase and overall programming seeing substantial growth.
