Goal: Rebrand Steps Conservatory with a fresh, modern aesthetic to attract students.
Role: Lead Designer responsible for complete rebranding.
Responsibilities: Developed new logo, color palette, typography (chic, editorial style); designed marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters); rebranded/managed Instagram (4k+ followers in 4 months); designed 12+ apparel items; designed 8+ playbills/show collateral; created weekly email marketing.
Results: Modernized Conservatory image, broadened audience, increased program interest/engagement/brand awareness. Popular apparel designs fostered community.
